At Airtech, our policy is simple: your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Our reputation for the highest quality composite consumables, customer service, and technical support is founded on customer goodwill since 1973. Within 30 days from shipment, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund.
Please note the following criteria:
All returned products must be in new condition and in the original containers or packaging.
Hazardous Materials (including but not limited to resins and sprays) cannot be accepted. If you are unsure if the product is hazardous, please contact Airtech.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
RMA numbers are issued and valid for 60 days (See below on how to obtain a RMA number).
Customers are responsible for shipping charges of returned products to Airtech, unless otherwise agreed by Airtech.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. Please make sure you use a carrier that provides tracking or delivery confirmation.
If it’s past the 30-day grace period from the date of shipment, a restocking fee of a minimum of 15% of item purchased will be charged for the following:
Any returns based on customer order error.
Any returns based on individual circumstance where Airtech will incur significant cost as a result of the return (i.e. administrative costs, shelf life concerns, inventory issues).
